ZTE currently has the following Accessories available for our Australian & New Zealand devices. It is now possible to purchase genuine ZTE accessories directly from ZTE Australia. Please note that these Accessories are only available for the Australian & New Zealand users to purchase and not for users in other countries.

Please be sure that you are buying accessories for the right handset. Check your model number under the battery or from Settings > About Phone. If you purchase and then find you have a different handset and have lost or damaged the packaging or the accessory itself, then it may not be possible to issue a refund.
Please be sure of what you are purchasing.

  2. Select your part(s) and click the 'Add to Cart' button to add to your PayPal shopping cart.
  3. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you can complete your order using your credit card.

Shipping and handling is charged at $10 per shipment for all orders.

Orders over $100, shipping is free of charge.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions) for New Zealand users

  • How much is shipping?
    orders under $100, shipping and handling is $10 for everything except Batteries. Batteries can't be shipped by NZ post so they must be couriered and this cost is variable depending on where you are located. Please email us to get a quote for shipping batteries.
  • How do I pay?
    Pay using your PayPal account or PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards. You email us what you are after and then we will quote you and if you agree we will send you a PayPal invoice.
  • Does the cost include GST?
    Yes, all costs include GST. We will provide a Sales Invoice for your records.
  • What if I have ordered the wrong part?
    Email us at our support email address or contact us via Facebook Message.
  • How long is the warranty on accessories?
    Most accessories carry a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturer defects. If the accessory fails within the warranty period please contact us via our support email or Facebook Message.
  • Do you sell & post to other countries outside of Australia & New Zealand?
    No. We only support and sell to Australian & New Zealand users. Users in other countries that try and purchase from our Accessories store will be refunded.



Accidental Cover Packages

Accidental Cover Packages

Accidental Cover Packages protect your device from display and other damage that is not usually covered by the normal device warranty. Only available for specific models released in Australia.

Out of Warranty Replacement

Out of Warranty Replacement

Out of Warranty Replacement is available to you when your device has been damaged in such a way as it is not covered by Warranty. So if your device has a smashed display or a broken connection port, you can see what the cost is to replace it directly via ZTE. Only available for specific models so please contact us directly via our support email or Facebook Message. What you receive is a replacement device of the same model.

Important Warranty Information

There are several important Warranty terms that you should understand before proceeding with either an "In warranty claim" or an "Out of Warranty claim".

  1. Replacement for a warranty claim: 3 months or remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer;
  2. Replacement for a Non-warranty claim (ie. the screen is cracked but it's within the original warranty period): 3 months or remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer;
  3. Replacement for a Out-of-warranty claim (ie. the original warranty period has expired): 3 months
  4. Accidental Cover is valid for the period the same as the warranty period of the device it was purchased for (ie. if the customer purchase an accidental cover for a replacement device then it's only valid when the replacement is within warranty period).
