Support Contacts

ZTE Customer Care via Facebook is actively available from 12pm to 8pm (NZST) Monday to Friday.

To talk directly to ZTE Customer Care please message us via our ZTE New Zealand Facebook Page.

For out of hours support please complete our Support Form or Message us on our Facebook.

Note: Please don't post your issue on our page as they are hard to find at times and since we need alot of personal details, full description of what the issue is and most likely many questions / answers back and forth that it becomes too difficult to follow. The Facebook and Google+ messaging options provide a perfectly clear progression of all communications and lets others follow the dialogue easily if further assistance is required.

Remember to completely describe what the reason is for contacting ZTE New Zealand with as much detail as possible and include your model number, IMEI number, name, email address & a contact phone number.

We do have all our devices listed. Just visit our All Products page to find your device.

You can also use this integrated Google search box below to try and find things, but it may not be upto date.
