'ZTE Match Day Moments' Terms & Conditions

• 1. The promoters are ZTE Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 64 110 578 428) of 6/128 Exhibition St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000 (“ZTE”) and Carlton Football Club (ABN 95 005 449 909) of Ikon Park, Royal Parade, Carlton North, VIC, 3054 (“CFC”).
• 2. The Promotion commences at 3:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 3 April 2016 and closes at 2.00pm AEST on 21 August 2016 (“Promotion Period”).
• 3. The Promotion Period will be divided into eleven (11) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Entry commences and closes for each Entry Period at the dates and times specified in the table below.  All times listed in the table are AEST (as applicable in Melbourne). Entries in each Entry Period will NOT be entered into any subsequent Entry Period(s).




Entry Period 1: Commences at 3.00pm on 3 April 2016 and closes at 5.20pm on 3 April 2016. Entries judged on 7 April 2016.
Entry Period 2: Commences at 4:30pm on 16 April 2016 and closes at 7:30pm on 16 April 2016. Entries judged on 21 April 2016.
Entry Period 3: Commences at 12.00pm on 1 May 2016 and closes at 3:00pm on 1 May 2016. Entries judged on 5 May 2016.
Entry Period 4: Commences at 10.00am on 15 May 2016 and closes at 1.20pm on 15 May 2016. Entries judged on 19 May 2016.
Entry Period 5: Commences at 10.30am on 29 May 2016, and closes at 1.30pm on 29 May 2016. Entries judged on 2 June 2016.
Entry Period 6: Commences at 11.30am on 4 June 2016, and closes at 2.30pm on 4 June 2016. Entries judged on 9 June 2016.
Entry Period 7: Commences at 4:30pm on 2 July 2016, and closes at 7:30pm on 2 July 2016. Entries judged on 7 July 2016.
Entry Period 8: Commences at 10.15am on 10 July 2016, and closes at 1.15pm on 10 July 2016. Entries judged on 14 July 2016.
Entry Period 9: Commences at 10:30am on 17 July 2016, and closes at 1.30pm on 17 July 2016. Entries judged on 21 July 2016.
Entry Period 10: Commences at 10:30am on 7 August 2016, and closes at 1.30pm on 7 August 2016. Entries judged on 11 August 2016.
Entry Period 11: Commences at 10.15am on 21 August 2016, and closes at 1:15pm on 21 August 2016. Entries judged on 25 August 2016.





• 4. You must operate a Facebook account in order to be eligible to enter.
• 5. Employees of ZTE, their immediate families, associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
• 6. To be eligible to win a prize you must, locate a ZTE staff member (wearing a bright blue ZTE branded t-shirt or jumper and white pants) at any Carlton Football Club ‘Home’ game in the 2016 AFL Season, and have a photograph taken with them using the ZTE Blade V Plus. Your photograph must include the ZTE Branded Sherrin and should creatively engage Carlton Football Club supporters. ZTE staff will post the image to ZTE’s Facebook Page following each home match; the entrant must then tag themselves in the Facebook album in order to be eligible to win the prize.
• 7. By tagging yourself in the Facebook album you are giving permission for ZTE and Carlton Football Club to contact you directly.
• 8. You may enter the competition as many times as you like.
• 9. ZTE accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. ZTE and Carlton Football Club reserve the right to distribute and share the content we receive.
• 10. The winners will be decided by ZTE and Carlton Football Club, based on the creative merit of the entry, in their absolute discretion. The winner must be tagged in the photo on Facebook. Chance plays no part in the selection of the winner. ZTE and Carlton Football Club’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
• 11. The winners will be advised by ZTE via their Facebook account and be required to submit a valid postal address to ZTE within 7 days of notification. If you do not respond within 7 days of being notified you will forfeit your prize and ZTE reserves the right to select another winner. We also reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.
• 12. ZTE accepts no responsibility for undelivered or incorrectly provided email information.
• 13. There will be one ZTE Blade V Plus, valued at $400. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied.
• 14. Total prize pool value is $4,400. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• 15. If the advertised prize is not available, ZTE reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• 16. ZTE will endeavour to send prizes within one month of each Entry Period end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time. ZTE accepts no responsibility for lost or undelivered items or incorrectly provided address details.
• 17. ZTE and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• 18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of ZTE, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, ZTE reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or entrant who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
• 19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster ZTE reserves the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
• 20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold Facebook harmless from any and all actions, claims, demands, damages or costs arising or resulting from this promotion.
